Exercise and working out should not be made to feel like a chore. For them to be sustainable as a part of your lifestyle, they should be made fun and enjoyable. Whether you opt for 1-1 personal training or online coaching, I will guarantee the process is made just that, whilst working towards your goals.
I have trained for over 4 years now. I have tried and tested many methods backed by science to get the best results and I'm certain I can get the best results for you too. It is important to be guided by a plan specific to you, everyone is different and one size doesn't fit all when it comes to achieving your highest potential in the gym.

1-1 Personal Training
Whatever your goal, a programme specific to you will be set from the start. Whether that be cardiovascular or weight training related - each exercise, minute, set, rep, and weight will be tracked to ensure we're making progress at a healthy pace. A training summary will be sent to you by the end of every fourth week so you're able to track your progression. I recommend 1-1 personal training to either beginners or people who struggle with motivation and accountability. Training times will be agreed at the beginning of the week. I would recommend a minimum of two sessions per week, however this is all dependant on the goal.

Online Coaching
My online coaching service is best suited for people who are relatively confident in the gym already. This is down to the fact that I won't personally be present to correct form and ensure training is of the correct intensity. The platform I use for my online service is TrueCoach which can be found on the App/Google Store and is very user-friendly. You will also have 7 days a week support with myself via WhatsApp. We will book a call to discuss your goals and from then, I will design a plan tailored to you, this will include your training, nutrition, supplementation, sleep schedule, and more. You will then be given a few days to digest what's in the plan, and notify me of any queries you may have. Check-ins will be completed weekly, you will upload a number of photos of yourself, your fasted scale weight, and a summary of how you feel over the past week. I will then review how your body has adapted to the changes by your look, weight and how you're feeling. Feedback will be given in the form of a Loom video and any necessary changes will be updated to your plan.
